The Crannog Centre

A walk over water like no other. This award-winning heritage attraction features guided tours of a re-created Celtic Iron age loch dwelling.
It was built by the Scottish Trust for Underwater Archaeology, based on years of diving and excavation of an ancient crannog in the waters of Loch Tay. A visit to this attraction takes you back to what it must have been like to live in one of the loch dwellings. Enthusiastic staff recreate excellent hands on experiences, suitable for all ages groups.
