Rates are per person per night, and are based on two people sharing a twin or double room, and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival, please let us know if you require a transport from the Railway Station or Bus stop.

A £ 50.00 deposit per room is required for all bookings.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before arrival, deposit returned less £ 5.00 administration charge, within 48 hours the first night is chargeable.
Pets are not allowed in any bedrooms or public areas.
